General Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a purchase. However, you are entitled to a choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem—such as when the item is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or fails to meet automatic Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Dry Ice Products

Due to the perishable and hazardous nature of dry ice, we cannot accept returns, physical drop-offs, or exchanges for any dry ice products once an order has been shipped or picked up.

In the unlikely event that your dry ice arrives damaged, severely under-weight due to unexpected sublimation during transit, or fails to meet legal consumer guarantees, please contact our support team immediately with your order details so we can arrange a prompt credit or refund.
