



ULTRA Versatile Dry Ice Blaster
The Aero2 PCS ULTRA dry ice blasting machine is one of the most versatile on the market today. Built around our patented Particle Control System (PCS®), it gives operators complete control over particle size, so blasting parameters can be fine-tuned for almost any application.
Operators can choose from 28 particle sizes between 0.3 mm and 3.0 mm, in increments of a tenth of a millimetre, to dial in the right blasting parameters for the job at hand.
Working on a delicate surface? Select a smaller particle size, say 0.4 mm, and blast at a lower pressure.
Need to shift a stubborn contaminant? Step up to a larger particle size, say 2.8 mm, and increase the blast pressure.
The Ultra Dry Ice Blasting machine has an 18 cm colour LCD screen with digital controls gives operators a clear, intuitive view of blasting parameters and machine settings, with everything adjustable on the fly.
The PCS ULTRA blasting machine also features programmable application recipes, letting operators set and save blasting parameters such as pressure, particle size and feed rate for repeat jobs. And with our patent-pending defrost cycle, moisture control and core cleaning happen automatically, helping keep the machine running for longer between services.
The PCS ULTRA is IoT-enabled through Cold Jet’s Industry 4.0 platform, Cold Jet CONNECT®. It puts remote monitoring and diagnostics, training videos, machine documentation and self-guided troubleshooting at the operator’s fingertips. For anything else, operators can connect directly with a Cold Jet service technician via chat, service ticket, or voice and video call.
